New · Matinale, the control centre

Your practice is alsoa business.

Your software manages the patients. Matinale manages the practice: team, figures, security and IT, on a single screen, every morning.

The problem

Six programs, and none of them tells you about the practice

The medical software knows the patients. The accounts know the invoices. The time clock knows the hours. Each does its job well, but none answers the manager's question: how is the practice doing today?

So you open everything, one by one, or you discover problems at the end of the month.

  • An empty chair tomorrow and nobody has noticed.
  • A dental nurse off sick, the rota to redo at 7.30 am.
  • Health insurance funds outstanding for three weeks.
  • A backup that fails silently.

Interactive demonstration

Build your Matinale, block by block

Choose your practice's software and equipment. Watch them connect. Then walk through a day at a fictional practice and ask the assistant a question.

  • Dental software
  • Accounts
  • Phone system
  • Time clock and HR
  • Online booking
  • Imaging and X-ray
  • Cameras
  • Alarm
  • Access control
  • WhatsApp
  • IT estate
  • Website and reviews
  • And yours

The Étoile practice opens its Matinale to you.

How it works

It reads what your software already knows

Nothing to replace, nothing to re-enter. Matinale plugs into your tools through their official connections and cross-references their data.

  • Medical softwarediary, treatments, chairs
  • Accountscollected, health funds, arrears
  • Phone systemmissed calls, call-backs
  • Time clockattendance, hours, leave
  • Buildingalarm, access, cameras
  • ITworkstations, backups

Every morning

What you see when you open the screen

You choose the blocks. These are the ones managers ask for first.

01

Chairs and slots

The occupancy rate for the day and the week, the gaps to fill, last-minute cancellations.

02

Team

Who is in, who is missing, who can cover. Hours and leave without opening the time clock.

04

Phone

Yesterday's missed calls and the patients to call back, before opening.

05

Building

Alarm set or not, last badge swipe, cameras: when the practice is closed, it really is.

06

IT

Successful backups, workstations up to date, open incidents. All green, and you move on.

What it isn't

Not yet another program to replace one of yours

01

It replaces nothing

You keep your medical software, your accountant and your habits. Matinale sits on top.

02

Read-only by default

It reads; it changes nothing. Each access is dedicated, and you can switch it off.

03

The assistant suggests, you decide

Suggesting cover, chasing a health fund: nothing goes out without your approval.

04

Everyone sees what concerns them

The management sees everything. A site manager sees their site. A dental nurse sees their rota.

How we get started

Three blocks first, the rest later

  1. 01

We take stock of your blocks

Software, phone system, time clock, equipment: what you have, what can be connected, what's missing. That's the audit.

  2. 02

We connect the three that matter most

On your real data, compared with what you already know. You approve each figure before relying on it.

  3. 03

We add one block at a time

Once the morning screen has become a habit, we connect the next one. Never everything at once.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions about Matinale

Do I need to change my medical software?

No. Matinale reads your current software. It doesn't replace any of it: that's the whole point.

Is it only for dental practices?

The demonstration shows a dental practice, but the principle applies to any medical or allied health practice, a group of practices, or an SME juggling several programs.

What if one of my programs has no connection?

We tell you at the audit. Often a regular export is enough. Otherwise that block stays aside: the rest works without it.

Who has access to the data?

The people you choose, each with what concerns them. Access to the software is read-only by default and can be switched off at any time.

Can the assistant act on its own?

No. It answers, suggests and prepares. Anything going to a patient, an employee or a supplier waits for your approval.

Which blocks should we connect first for you?

We look at your software with you and tell you what your morning screen could already show.
