Frequently asked questions

Your questions,our straight answers.

How long, which software, who has access, what if it breaks. If your question isn't here, just ask us.

Before we start

How long does a first automation take?

Allow a few days between the audit and the first link going live, when the software opens its connections. Then we move forward step by step. We don't launch big projects.

Do I need to change software?

No. We connect what you already use. If a program offers no connection at all, we tell you before we start and look for a clean route, or we don't connect it.

Which software do you connect?

Most of the tools used by a practice or an SME: phone system, email, online diaries, file sharing, accounts, billing, ticketing and customer tracking tools. For medical software, we first check what the vendor opens up: it varies a great deal from one program to another.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of links and the software. At the first meeting, we tell you what the first automation takes, before you decide. We don't publish prices until we have seen your software.

Where do we start?

With the repetitive task that costs the most time and touches the least sensitive data. Often a report, because it changes nothing.

Your data

Who has access to my data?

Each link uses a dedicated access, limited to what it needs, read-only by default. Each user signs in with their own account. No shared passwords.

What about patient data?

We don't connect medical software or AI to patient data without a GDPR framework agreed with you: which data, for what use, hosted where, and what never leaves. Often we choose not to connect it.

Where do the automations run?

The written framework, approved before go-live, states where each automation runs and where the services used are hosted. You know beforehand, not afterwards.

Does the AI read everything?

No. It only sees the source we open up to it, read-only, with the permissions of the user asking the question. It writes nothing and changes nothing.

Can I stop everything?

Yes, at any time. An automation can be switched off, an access withdrawn, and you go back to how you worked before. Nothing is locked in with us.

Day to day

What happens if it breaks?

The link stops; it doesn't do anything wrong. You are notified, the team takes over by hand while it is fixed, and we fix it. Automations are monitored: if a program changes, we see it.

Do we stay in control?

Always. You approve each automation on your real data before it runs on its own. You can switch it off, change it or withdraw an access without calling us.

Who looks after it on your side?

Nobody needs technical skills. One contact person receives the reports and alerts, that's all. We handle the rest.

Does it replace staff?

No. We give your team time back for patients and customers. We don't sell gains we haven't measured at your business.

Do you use it yourselves?

Yes. Our own calls, tickets and reports run on our automations. We only sell you what we use ourselves.

Is your question not here?

Ask it and we'll answer. Or book your automation audit straight away.
